Interactive Film Game · AI Agent studio
Rewrite the plot. Anytime. Anywhere.
ICG Studio follows the same production spine as AI short-drama: confirm the bible, lock the outline, build global assets, then generate storyboards. You talk to an AI Agent to set and retune each plot fork — it writes the branch script, characters, locations, props, and boards so players can choose how the film-game moves.

The format
A film you can play. A game you recut with an Agent.
Interactive Film Games (ICG) are cinematic stories with player agency. You do not storyboard a single linear cut. You confirm a bible, then ask the Agent to open new plot directions — each fork arrives with script, cast, locations, props, and storyboards the player can actually choose through.
Studio tools
What the Agent builds when you change the plot
- 01
Agent conversation
Set tone, stakes, and a new fork in chat. The Agent keeps the bible, outline, and assets in context so a rewrite does not start from a blank prompt.
- 02
Branching scripts
Every player choice gets a corresponding script — not a one-line caption. Dialogue, blocking, and outcome stay attached to that branch.
- 03
Characters, locations, props
Global assets stay shared across forks: the same faces, rooms, and objects, so a new plot direction does not orphan the world.
- 04
Storyboard generation
Boards are generated per beat, not as a decorative afterthought. Players move through shots that already know which branch they belong to.
- 05
Player-driven plot
The published work is an interactive film-game: the audience chooses, the story advances, and unchosen forks remain on the graph.
- 06
Rewrite any stage
Re-open the bible, retune the outline, swap an asset, or recut boards without discarding the rest of the pipeline.
Workflow
The AI short-drama spine, built for forks
- 01
Confirm the bible
Lock premise, genre, tone, and the rules of the world before a single board is drawn. Later forks have to honor this bible unless you rewrite it on purpose.
- 02
Outline the script
The Agent drafts a playable outline — main path plus the decision points where the story can split. You approve beats before assets fan out.
- 03
Build global assets
Characters, locations, and props are generated once as a shared library, then reused on every branch so continuity survives a new plot direction.
- 04
Generate storyboards
Each approved beat becomes boards and scene content. Ask the Agent for another fork, and it writes the matching script, assets, and boards for that choice.
On the graph
One conversation. Two playable cuts.
Talk to the Agent at any node. It writes the branch script and boards; the player chooses which cut to follow.
Early access
The studio is opening in controlled cuts.
The site is in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. The same bible, outline, assets, and boards stay one production — language is a layer, not a second graph.
FAQ
What this platform actually is
What is an interactive film game?
An interactive film game (ICG) is a cinematic story players advance by choosing. Each choice opens a branch with its own script, characters, locations, props, and storyboards — not a linear short you can only watch once.
How does the AI short-drama workflow apply here?
ICG uses the same production spine as AI short-drama creation: confirm the bible, outline the script, lock global assets, then generate storyboards. The difference is that every stage can fork. You talk to an AI Agent to add or retune a plot direction, and the Agent generates the matching branch content.
What does the AI Agent actually generate?
For each plot fork: a branch script, characters, locations, props, and storyboard content, all grounded in the project bible and global asset library. You can ask it to change a fork without rebuilding the rest of the film-game.
Can players choose how the story moves?
Yes. The published work is meant to be played: the audience picks a path and the plot advances along that branch. Unchosen directions stay on the graph for later play or later rewrite.
Do I need Unity, Unreal, or a game engine?
No. Creation and play stay in the browser so you remain on bible, outline, assets, and boards — not on engine setup.
Which languages does ICG Studio support?
The studio site is available in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Each language has its own URL for search engines. Story graphs remain one production across locales.
